Retail customers, who return an undamaged product within
one week of receipt in the original, unopened, undamaged
box, will receive a refund of the original purchase price
less shipping/handling costs.
If the product is damaged in any way, neither the purchase
price nor shipping charges will be refunded, whether purchased
by check, cash or credit card, and the product shall be posted
back to the customer.
If the product has been opened and the customer
desires to return the product within one week receipt of the
product, the customer may return the product via Fed Ex, UPS
or Certified Mail to RadarJammerTechnology.com. The
customer is responsible for return shipping costs and proof
of receipt to our comany. RadarJammerTechnology.com
shall refund the retail price less the initial shipping costs
to the customer and 10% of the retail price, which accounts
for handling, testing, repacking and restocking of the product. If
any damage is found, no refund shall be provided, and the product
shall be posted back to the customer.
Original (or legible copy) of purchase receipt must be provided
stating name of product & date of purchase. The receipt
must show the product was purchased directly from RadarJammerTechnology.com.
Distributors and Stores (Corporate, incorporated or proprietor)
may return undamaged, unopened products on a 1 for 1 exchange
of the same product within 30 days of your product receipt.
Distributors and Stores (Corporate, incorporated or proprietor)
are responsible for providing proof of return to our company. It
is suggested that Fed Ex, UPS is used for returns to RadarJammerTechnology.com.
RadarJammerTechnology.com is not responsible for
products lost without proof of receipt by RadarJammerTechnology.com.
RadarJammerTechnology.com is not responsible for
any shipping charges to exchange products.
RadarJammerTechnology.com provides the following
warranty on its products:
All products are offered with a 12 month warranty from purchase
date on parts and labor.
Shipping is the expense of the customer, distributor or store.
RadarJammerTechnology.com reserves the right to repair
defective warranty equipment or to replace the equipment with
a new product.
All products are purchased COD (collect on delivery with
certified funds) or with electronic bank transfer on day of
shipment.
If Wire Funds or Western Union funds are made, customer is
responsible for bank fees at their financial institution, while
RadarJammerTechnology.com is responsible for fees
at our financial institution.
We have contracted with Overture services, Inc. ("Overture")
to monitor certain pages of our Web site for the purpose
of reporting web traffic, statistics, advertisement 'click-throughs',
and/or other activities on our site. Where authorized by
us, Overture may use cookies, Web beacons, and/or other monitoring
technologies to compile anonymous statistics on our Web site
visitors. No personally identifiable data is collected by
or transferred to Overture.
